Our commitment to your outcome, in writing. This page states exactly what the DrivrShield Guarantee promises, how savings are measured, and how to claim a refund. If this page and the Terms & Conditions ever differ, this page controls.
1. The promise
The $500 Potential Savings Guarantee applies only to separately purchased human services that checkout and the order confirmation expressly mark eligible. Paying for a service does not, by itself, make an order eligible.
It never applies to DrivrShield AI, the $19.99 Subscription, any AI answer, upload, or chat, or to a Human Deal Analysis that is not expressly marked eligible.
- Human Deal Analysis — $49.99. When checkout expressly marks this order Guarantee-eligible, if our analysis cannot identify at least $500 in potential savings on your submitted deal, we refund the $49.99 fee in full. "Potential savings" means savings identified in the analysis — the guarantee is measured on what the analysis finds, not on the outcome of your negotiation. A $49.99 charge that is not expressly marked eligible is not covered.
2. How savings are measured
Savings are measured against your original submitted deal terms, across four categories:
- Vehicle price reduction from the initial dealer offer.
- Trade-in value improvement over the initial appraisal.
- Add-ons, aftermarket products, or fees identified and removed.
- Interest savings over the loan term from a financing-rate improvement.
3. How to claim
Email help@drivrshield.com within 14 days of deal completion with: (a) your original written deal or quote, and (b) the final agreed terms. Claims apply only to orders that were expressly marked Guarantee-eligible. That's the entire process — no forms, no hoops.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. When the Guarantee doesn't apply
- Orders that were not expressly marked Guarantee-eligible at checkout, including every AI purchase and any Human Deal Analysis that checkout did not mark eligible.
- Materially inaccurate submissions — the analysis is only as good as the information provided.
- Fraud or misuse of the service.
Separate from the Guarantee: duplicate charges and services we fail to deliver are always refunded in full. If a submission cannot be analyzed — illegible, incomplete after a follow-up request, or outside Florida — the fee is refunded and no report is issued.
